| When necessary to obtain relief for our clients, we file suit against the lender. If there has been fraud by the broker, escrow office, or notary, we add these parties to the list of defendants. Since many of our cases are based on federal mortgage and lending laws, we often file our clients' cases in federal court (United States District Court), but not always. There are times where state law claims are more appropriately heard before a state judge. |
