Our seminars focus on the loan process, the loan documentation, and what laws need to be followed when a loan is made. We also discuss potential sources of relief available to borrowers faced with unaffordable mortgage payments, including loan modification, short sales, deed in lieu of foreclosure, and bankruptcy.

Attention, homeowners and real estate professionals, we also enjoy speaking at outside events and discussion panels. We enjoy helping our clients one at a time, but there are many more troubled homeowners than we can accept as clients or educate through our own seminars.
